Success With Your Own Way

I have seen many small shops beside the street that don't even changing for years. The owners are still the same, numbers of employee are not growing at all. Still, they can fulfill their needs and experience happiness in life.

Meanwhile, there could be someone you've read from online news starting his own business a year ago and now has been hiring dozens or even hundred of employee whom are getting the dream amount of salary.

No need to wait more times, someone like that will be respected and even get a new honorable title from society as one of the successful person.

But no one tell the small shop owners that have been operating for years with only 1 or 2 employees that they are being successful person as well. They don't give big impact to the community so they don't deserve the compliment.

In this case, both type of businessman is actually being so-called successful in their own way. But the way people will respond or treat them will surely different depend on how big and small the impact they have created or how small or big their achievements are.

In other hands, we are realizing that if someone is running a small business for even a century, it is not a sin at all. No reason to gives someone a blame for that. No one has ever been obligated to have a great business by God but simply being a good man.

An alcoholic drink the company produced may bringing a mountain of money and can employ a large numbers of people, but hey, coke is even worsening your health. Sometimes, behind someone's people success, there are others who are suffering.

All I want to say is simple.

If you are now thinking that your business is not even closer to its big success you have planned to be, it's ok. You have tried so hard before and don't burden yourself with the thoughts of being success as big as the others.

You can force yourself for working hard, sleeping late because of that. But as long as it doesn't make you feel comfortable, forget about it. You can dream and working on tonne of money. But sometimes you just need to buy an ice cream on a sunny day.

Why being so serious?

I am not forcing you to stop whatever things you are doing now. I can't do that. But let's remind each others that being ambitious in business could also be the cause of how to be a greedy one. Keep on working awesomely, be the kind person, but also know that you don't have to control everything especially people's mind.

In short, define your own success yourself!
